Toan Nguyen is a dynamic tenor, soloist, and educator based in New York City and San Francisco, having performed with the acclaimed San Francisco Symphony Chorus, Lakeside Symphony. Known for his expressive sound and musical sensitivity, Toan has appeared as a soloist in a wide range of repertoire — from sacred masterworks and early music to contemporary pieces and oratorio.

He is currently pursuing his study in Music at The Manhattan School of Music in NYC, specializing in vocal performance, pedagogy, and musicianship, and brings a high level of artistry and academic insight to his teaching. A passionate vocal coach, Toan offers one-on-one training in classical voice, audition preparation, and musicianship with a Kodály-informed approach that emphasizes solfege, ear training, and score literacy. His vocal teachers includes American Baritone Nikolas Nackley, and the Renown Baritone Christòpheren Nomura.

Toan’s students range from young beginners to college-bound vocalists and emerging professionals. Whether preparing for a competition, audition, recital, or just singing for the love of it, his students gain not only technical strength but also musical confidence and interpretive depth.
